ENCINO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Dec. 20, 2000

iVideoNow Inc. (OTCBB:VNOW):
-- First Sale under New Holtermann & Thouet Marketing Agreement

-- First Placement of iVideoNow(TM) Library Player in Huge German-Speaking
Market

-- Installation Showcases Innovative New Application

iVideoNow Inc. ("VNOW") today announced the sale of its iVideoNow(TM) library player to MG Technologies AG of Frankfurt, Germany, an international technology-based corporation with a core competency in chemicals and engineering.

The transaction marked VNOW's first European sale and the first made through its recently announced cooperative marketing agreement with Holtermann & Thouet, a Frankfurt-based investor relations firm.

"Broadband network access is widely available in Europe," commented Peter Dunn, VNOW's president and chief executive officer, "which provides a very positive environment for the growth of Internet video. VNOW intends to give a high priority to building a strong presence for our products in Europe. Our alliance with Holtermann & Thouet is already producing results, and our association with such a strong and well-regarded corporation as MG Technologies demonstrates that we are off to a very positive start in the EU."

According to Dunn, Holtermann & Thouet and MG Technologies have developed a new application for VNOW's multi-window video library playback system. They have placed an important press conference on VNOW's system, presenting individual segments in the product's preview windows. In this way, users can quickly and conveniently access the information they need without searching through an entire presentation for the relevant parts. "We think this application should also have considerable appeal to the U.S. corporate market," Dunn added.

Dr. Rolf-Dieter Grass, director of investor relations at MG Technologies, commented, "The iVideoNow system is an important addition to our Internet presence. Its quality and multi-functionality are very impressive, and the player has greatly improved our presentation of video on the Internet, as well as our communication with our investors and customers."

"Our objective is to place iVideoNow players with fifty companies in the German-speaking market before the middle of 2001," stated Alexander Holtermann, managing director of Holtermann & Thouet, "and we are enthusiastic about our prospects. We think European companies will be very excited about this high-quality application for presenting their video on the Internet, which will help them attract visitors to their Web sites and compete for investor interest."

Located in Frankfurt, Holtermann & Thouet (www.htcom.de) represents listed companies to a broad base of European investors. One of the agency's most important clients is the Frankfurt Stock Exchange (Deutsche Borse), the world's third largest stock exchange. The firm also provides North American companies with a means of reaching a market of 100 million German speakers.

iVideoNow Inc. designs and develops complete multimedia and Internet communications solutions for corporations. The company has developed the iVideoNow(TM) multi-window video playback application and the related iVNDS(TM) delivery system, allowing viewers to screen up to 36 videos in the player's preview windows. With the company's proprietary four-star quality system, users may select the quality level they wish for full-screen viewing. The iVideoNow(TM) video playback system has broad marketing and promotional uses in many industries, including entertainment (film, television and music), retail and travel, as well as in company intranets for internal communications.

In addition, the Digital Corporate Profiles (DCP) subsidiary provides public companies with powerful communications tools, including unique CD-ROMs designed for investor relations, environmental health and safety reporting and employee outreach.
