Sachdeva will be responsible for centralizing the information technologies of the companies in the iShopper.com portfolio.

Sachdeva currently heads up two companies that were acquired by iShopper.com during the second quarter of 2000, Atlantic Technologies International Inc. ). Sachdeva is the president of ATI which specializes in network and back-office installation services.

The company also owns and operates ationline.com, a vertical portal offering ATI's services exclusively to computer resellers and dealers.

Sachdeva is also the chief executive officer of ISSI, which is based in Orlando, Fla., with a software development team located in India. The company offers a variety of services and products designed to help organizations establish or enhance their Web presence.

Prior to founding ATI and ISSI, Sachdeva was an associate research analyst for the Center for Research in Electrooptics and Lasers in Orlando.
