Fultz as president and chief operating officer of the company. Mr. Fultz has also joined the company's board of directors, increasing the number of board members to seven.

From December 2000 until December 2004, Mr. Fultz, 45, served as president and CEO of a number of leading silicon valley venture-funded telecom technology companies, including Zaffire (sold to Centerpoint Broadband Technologies in summer 2001), Scion Photonics (sold to JDS Uniphase in spring 2002), Accelight Networks and RBN. Prior to these assignments, Mr. Fultz served as executive vice president of Antec Corporation, a cable television equipment manufacturer, with over $1 billion in sales, that made available VoIP telephone service to 29 million homes passed in the U.S. This led to the adoption of over 2 million VoIP subscribers in the U.S. today. From January 1998 to November 1999, Mr. Fultz served as executive vice president of Celerity Systems, a pioneer in the video-on-demand equipment field that installed and managed 24 regional video server systems in China, Europe and the Middle East. From August 1992 until December 1997, Mr. Fultz served as chairman and CEO of MediaMax Asia Pacific, an electronic media publishing and distribution company in The People's Republic of China that was later sold to Intel and ACER TWP.
