, in association with Cornerpost.com, announces the lineup for the second week of ear1 MusicFest '98, the month-long Internet concert celebration showcasing exclusive performances from some of the finest artists in rock, pop, r&b, country and jazz.

This week's highlight includes Third Eye Blind performing live from Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall The Arlene Schnitzer Concert Hall is a historic theater building and performing arts center in Portland, Oregon, United States. Part of the Portland Center for the Performing Arts, it is home to the Oregon Symphony, White Bird Dance Company, and Portland Arts & Lectures.  in Portland, Ore. This special Webcast features a viewer-controlled, multicamera feed that allows computer users to select among three different camera angles for a customized viewing experience. Two events will be featured Oct. 12, including a live chat with Curb Records contemporary Christian singer Michael English, and a performance by Elektra alt-rockers Superdrag from The Point in Atlanta. On Oct. 13, Third Eye Blind performs live from Oregon, followed Oct. 14 by Atlantic country renegades, The Great Divide, from Nashville Billy Bob's in Fort Worth, Texas Fort Worth is the fifth-largest city in the state of Texas, 18th-largest city in the United States[1], and voted one of "America’s Most Livable Communities. .  marks the second time ear1 MusicFest '98 has employed interactive multicamera technology. On Oct. 2, ear1 MusicFest '98 launched with an exclusive six-camera feed Webcast featuring Hootie & the Blowfish A secret key cryptography method that uses a variable length key from 32 to 448 bits long. It uses the block cipher method, which breaks the text into 64-bit blocks before encrypting them. . This landmark interactive event gave 'net surfers, for the first time ever, the power to direct their own show. An upcoming cybercast featuring Soul Coughing will also feature interactive camera feeds.

Admission to ear1 MusicFest '98 is free on the Internet -- fans need only sign up for a "virtual pass" at the ear1 Web site. Additional performances, from more than 30 of the hottest stars and newcomers, including, Take 6, Mudhoney, Royal Crown Revue The Royal Crown Revue is a band formed in 1989 in Los Angeles, California. They play modern swing music and are credited with starting the Swing Revival movement.[1][2] , Faith Hill, Phish, Dakota Moon, Guster, Everything, The Corrs, The Tragically Hip and others, are slated for Webcast later in the month.

An ear1 MusicFest '98 virtual pass allows viewers to choose from a variety of features, including a festival roster featuring daily updates on future performances, 3-D full-motion panoramas of concert venues and live cybercasts (using RealPlayer). Fans can access encore performances any time. ear1 MusicFest '98 also will provide easy-access links to official band and label sites, band photos, chat rooms and a scrapbook commemorating MusicFest '98 performances.
