eWork Services Launches Help Me Work; Portable Employer of Record and Affordable Business Management Services for Independent Consultants and Freelancers.

Financing the receivable: Help Me Work will conduct a credit check on the consultant's client. If the client passes the credit check, Help Me Work will pay the consultant before the client pays Help Me Work.

Holiday and vacation pay: The Help Me Work Bonus Package lets consultants choose the annual number of vacation days and holidays for which they would like to be paid.

Weekly paychecks: Help Me Work pays the consultant weekly, unless the client contract states otherwise.

Manage the client PO: Help Me Work tracks the hours the consultant has worked against the client PO for billing and collection purposes.

Flexible 401(k) contributions: Help Me Work does not require mandatory profit sharing profit sharing, arrangement by which employees receive, in addition to their wages, a share of the net profits of a business. The purpose is to give them an incentive to increase their output through enhanced morale, less wasteful use of materials, better care of  or contributions, and consultants can choose their contribution amounts.
