eTotalSource Announces 2005 Outlook.

YUBA CITY, Calif. -- eTotalSource, Inc. (OTCBB:ETLS)(Berlin:ETA) is pleased to present investors with its outlook for 2005. As previously announced on December 1, 2004 "The theme for 2005 is Growth, Sales Growth, Revenue Growth and Bottom Line Profit Growth." eTotalSource is currently capable of producing revenues in the $7 to $12 million range for 2005.

Investors can see from the difference between the lower and higher revenue projections that the Company is trying to present a balanced portrayal of the year to come. The lower part of this range is based on the projected production schedule of contractual relationships already in place such as the recent JACMET announcement (December 2, 2004) and the previously announced agreement with the Regis Corporation (June 23, 2004). ETLS has more than enough potential business available to produce $12 million in revenue for the year. To realize the upper range of our revenue projections three things will need to occur: first production of the business in hand needs to complete reasonably on time; second we receive a modest contribution from the marketing of our retail product and; third some of the potential business maturing in the pipe closes early enough in the new year to add significantly to revenues.

eTotalSource is fortunate to be able to pursue multiple new business opportunities spanning a wide variety of public and corporate entities. Our prime targets are those organizations that have already embraced the concept of "Re-Usable Excellence" and know first hand the productivity gains and cost effectiveness of employing "eLearning" in conjunction with their other human resource development initiatives. ETLS' computer-based multimedia learning has a bright future in retail marketing as an example in 2005 we expect to be able to conclude agreements with two major retail chains for the delivery of in-store kiosk based "DO IT YOURSELF" and "HOW TO TIPS" product programming. The area of professional development promises to be a significant revenue source going forward. All professions require their members to continually upgrade to maintain accreditation. eTotalSource's programming fits the demands to facilitate low cost delivery of subject matter by a variety of deployment methods to the end user. One such organization that we are developing products is Law Enforcement. Our "LAW ENFORCEMENT TRAINING" series of products will be market ready, nationally in the coming year. We have been requested to add to our "HUMAN DEVELOPMENT" and "PREPAREDNESS" programming. The national rollout of our current list of titles is slated to begin in 2005 and continue into 2006 and beyond.

Management is very excited about the business in hand and the prospects for filling the hopper with additional projects which will spill into the coming years.
