The six-member team includes James B. Fisher, of Garlock Bearings, LLC, a division of B.F. Goodrich; James P. Folkes of Laidlaw Education Services; David Gerrard of Laidlaw Education Services; Bill Hawkins of Novoste Corporation; John E. The eSASA North American Advisory Council represents an extensive reservoir of knowledge with members qualified based on their professional and entrepreneurial achievements. James B. Fisher
      Fisher is the president of Garlock Bearings, LLC, a division of
the B.F. Goodrich Co. Engineered Industrial Products Group. Prior to
joining B.F. Goodrich, Fisher spent 25 years with Ingersoll-Rand
Company in senior management positions. He holds a B.S. in Civil
Engineering from Indiana Institute of Technology.

James P. Folkes
      Folkes is the Vice President of Business Development and Marketing
for Laidlaw Education Services, North America's largest provider of
student transportation. A 20-year veteran of Laidlaw, Folkes has held
senior line and staff roles with the company including District
Director of Operations for New Jersey and Vice President of Southeast
Operations with responsibility for eleven southeastern states. Prior
to joining Laidlaw, he was Vice President of Operations for McDonald
Douglas Truck Services, Inc. Folkes holds a B.S. from Lehigh
University and an M.B.A. from Temple University.

David Gerrard
      Gerrard is the Vice President of Purchasing at Laidlaw Education
Services. He is responsible for acquisition, disposition and
management of Laidlaw's 40,000 school buses throughout nearly 600
locations in North America. Prior to joining Laidlaw, he held senior
management positions in the full-service truck leasing and logistics
industries, most notably as Vice President of Marketing and
Administration for NationaLease, the largest independent Truck Rental
and Leasing organization in North America. He also held a position
with Arthur Anderson, managing numerous cross industry audit
assignments. Gerrard earned a B.S. from Marquette University.

Bill Hawkins
      Hawkins is President and CEO of Novoste Corporation, a world
leader in the emerging field of vascular brachytherapy, the use of
intravascular radiation to reduce the incidence of Restenosis, the
renarrowing of a previously treated artery. Hawkins has over 20 years
of experience in the medical device industry, having held executive
positions with American Home Products, Johnson & Johnson, Guidant
and Eli Lilly. He holds a B.S. from Duke University and an M.B.A. from
the University of Virginia.

John E. Hayes, Jr.
      Hayes is Chairman of the Board of Directors of The Menninger
Foundation. The Menninger Foundation, based in Topeka, Kansas, is the
parent corporation of the Menninger Clinic, a world-renowned
behavioral health care institution. Previously, Hayes held numerous
senior management positions. He served as Director, The Security
Benefit Group of Companies and Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive
Officer and President of Southwestern Bell Telephone Company, a
telecommunications company. Mr. Hayes also served as Chairman of the
Board, Chief Executive Officer and President of Western Resource, an
energy and consumer services company. He has published numerous
articles on leadership, management, and management of change.
Mr. Hayes holds a B.S. from Rockhurst University.

Stephen Scully
      Scully is the founder and President of The Scully Companies; one
of the largest regional logistics' providers in the western United
States. He is also Chairman of the Board of The National Truck Leasing
System (NationaLease), the largest independent Truck Rental and
Leasing organization in North America. Scully holds a B.A. from the
University of Southern California.
