:ITNI) announced today the licensing of the eP@ss name and eP@ss(TM) wordmark to IdeaFX Inc. IdeaFX will now operate under the name eP@ss Design & Print.

By creating a comprehensive alliance with a digital design company, ITNI, through its subsidiary eP@ss Canada Inc., is able to build extended brand-name recognition in the marketplace as well as seamlessly offer turn-key technology, digital design and printing solutions.

The team of knowledgeable professionals bring decades of experience to every project and will assist eP@ss clients with their digital printing needs. Through this venture, eP@ss delivers a higher level of service to existing clients and enhances its overall client base. IdeaFX will utilize the high-speed connections provided by eP@ss to enable clients to send files direct to press. Currently project turn-around times range from three to five days. With the implementation of eP@ss technology, the company will be able to turn around printing in as little as two hours.
