Until now, attorneys and general counsel have had to go through a series of steps to prepare data for electronic discovery review. From tape restoration to electronic discovery processing (de-duplication, culling, keyword search, date filtering) to the onset of document review, the process is costly and time consuming. Updates to the Federal Rules now shorten the time frame from the time a suit is filed to the Meet & Confer session where opposing sides sit down to discuss materials, processes and schedules for discovery. With only 99 days until the first meeting between counsel for plaintiff and defendant, the fragmented nature of the electronic discovery process makes it difficult for attorneys to grasp key materials and develop strategies prior to sitting down with opposing counsel.

This application also offers idiom recognition and analysis of language structure down to word recognition at the root level. Users can save searches and their results performed using eMag PreVu and even create reports based on the search and sorting criteria they determine.
