AT&T's State-Of-The-Art Network To Carry e.NVIZION's Traffic

e.NVIZION COMMUNICATIONS GROUP LTD. (OTCBB:ENCG), an emerging, Integrated Communication Provider (ICP), announced today that it has entered into an agreement with AT&T Solutions to design and build a state-of-the-art, fiber optic, Internet Protocol ("IP")-based network backbone infrastructure. The Integrated Communications Network ("ICN") being designed by AT&T Solutions will, when built, provide transport for e.NVIZION's suite of integrated communication services and products throughout the Northeast United States.

The build out of e.NVIZION's ICN will occur in two phases. Phase I transport infrastructure will be supported by three (3) self-healing SONET rings, and provide SONET-based OC-3 connectivity between e.NVIZION's points of presence (POPs) in New York State. This advanced SONET technology, which permits full circuit redundancy and diversity, will allow e.NVIZION to take advantage of dense wave division multiplexing (DWDM) to meet increasing customer demands for reliable, bandwidth intensive voice, data and video connectivity. Phase II transport infrastructure will expand e.NVIZION's ICN from New York into New Jersey, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia and Washington, D.C.
