e.NVIZION COMMUNICATIONS GROUP LTD. (OTCBB:ENCG), a growth stage, Integrated Communication Provider (ICP), announced today that it has completed its acquisition of Screen Telephony Services, Inc. (now known as e.NVIZION COMMUNICATIONS LTD.), a New York State Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC). The company expects to receive final approval of the transfer of ownership/control of the former Screen Telephony's CLEC "license" (Certificate of Public Necessity) from the New York State Public Service Commission in less than 90 days.
