Under the terms of the Strategic Alliance Agreement, e.NVIZION will enjoy exclusive rights to deploy i-Titan's technology and products in New York State; receive favorable pricing and delivery commitments for i-Titan wireless equipment it purchases; and have immediate access to any new product releases; all throughout the three-year term of the Agreement. i-Titan will provide e.NVIZION complete product support, including: network design, network engineering, network management and product training.
