A web-based e-training program in customer relations is available from AchieveGlobal. "Healing the Customer Relationship" is one of seven modules that make up AchieveGlobal's classroom training program, "The Service Difference." The Web module received a rating of 4.5 stars (out of five) from Lguide.com, an independent reviewer of electronic training programs.
