e-MEDx Inc. Announces Strategic Alliance with XCare.net.

BETHESDA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 10, 2000

e-MEDx Inc., a leader in Web-based care management software solutions, today announced that it has signed a joint agreement with XCare.net (Nasdaq:XCAR), a leading eBusiness solutions and service provider for healthcare organizations.

Through this agreement, XCare.net can begin integrating three e-MEDx products into eHealth solutions for its business clients -- e-PHA, e-POC and MedAdvice(R) 2001. These products will enhance XCare.net's ability to effectively deliver end-to-end Web-based solutions to healthcare organizations. Likewise, e-MEDX will begin selling XCare.net products as an extension of e-MEDx's current product offering.
