dot com Entertainment Group, Inc. Appoints Mr. Robert Olsen To The Board Of Directors.

dot com Entertainment Group, Inc. (OTCBB:DCEG) ("dot com"), a developer of e-gaming software and support services, announced today the appointment of Mr. Robert Olsen to its board of directors.

Mr. Olsen joins dot com's board of directors with a proven track record in business, financial management and corporate development. He presently serves as a Co-President of CCFL Mezzanine Partners www.ccfl.com, which is recognized as a pre-eminent Canadian independent corporate finance and investment banking organization providing funding and financial advisory services for over twenty years.

Mr. Olsen has acquired more than sixteen years experience in merchant banking, corporate finance and lending to medium-sized companies. Subsequent to completing two University degrees, in 1988 Mr. Olsen joined the Royal Bank of Canada to pursue a career in commercial and corporate lending and corporate finance. In 1990, he accepted a senior position with CCFL and became Managing Director of CCFL Mezzanine Partners in 1994 and Co-President in 1999.

Mr. Olsen holds a degree in Economics from the University of Manitoba and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Western. He is a frequent guest speaker at conferences on corporate finance and merchant banking and sits as an observer or director on the board of directors of several public companies including ALFresh Juice (Canada) Ltd., Coretec Inc., Destination Products International, Ltd., Gemini Foods (1989) Corporation, and Vilo Systems Inc.

In addition to his vocational success, Mr. Olsen also sits on the board of governors of the Shaw Festival, acts as the Chairman of the Shaw's successful black tie Boxing Fundraiser held in April of each year and sits on the Entrepreneurship Advisory Board for the University of Western's Ivey School of Business. In his early 20's, Mr. Olsen was a member of Canada's national boxing team and successfully represented Canada in several international boxing tournaments throughout the world.
