digiMedical Solutions, Inc.(TM) Accepted into Microsoft Empower Program for Independent Software Vendors (ISV).

COLLEYVILLE, Texas -- digiMedical Solutions, Inc.[TM] (OTC:DGMS) today announced its membership into the Microsoft Empower program for Independent Software Vendors (ISV). Microsoft's (NasdaqGS:MSFT) ISV program offers digiMedical Solutions access to many development and advisory resources as the company continues to build their proprietary digital prescription handling software suite.

digiMedical Solutions has built its own proprietary software to handle prescriptions digitally from the physician's office to the pharmacy, securely and in compliance with all DEA and HIPAA requirements. The company has already implemented the digital prescription handling software and services across six company owned pharmacies in Texas and Florida and a network of over 35,000 patients since June of last year.
