The problem is that whenever someone sends them mail, and I check my mail first, their mail is delivered to my email address, and not to theirs. Can you tell me where I am going wrong?

A YOU need to use Outlook Express's Identities feature to set up separate Identities for your children.
You'll find this on File, Identities, Add New Identity. This lets you choose the identity to use whenever OE starts, and each identity has its own set of folders and options, and collects only its own mail.
After setting them up, which involves entering details of their email accounts email account email n → compte m (e-)mail and other options on Tools, Accounts and Tools, Options, remember to remove their details from your own identity.
Q I FOLLOWED your tips to run Disk Defragmenter. Rundll isn't appearing in the "Close Program" dialog box A movable window that is displayed on screen in response to the user selecting a menu option. It provides the current status and available options for a particular feature in the program. . Is this a problem? When I ran Disk Defrag it took just over an hour, whereas previously it has taken six to eight hours. You mentioned setting your screensaver to "None". How is this achieved?
A NO, it's not a problem if Rundll isn't shown in the dialog, but if it were there it would be best not to close it.
To set the screensaver to None, right-click a blank area of the desktop and choose Properties and you'll see the Display Properties dialog (also in Control Panel). Switch to the Screensaver tab and select [None] from the list. After running the Defragmenter or ScanDisk, use the same dialog to switch back to the screensaver you like to use.
