auSystems Wins Deal with the National Archives of Sweden.

STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- The National Archives of Sweden has chosen Teleca (STO:TELCB) subsidiary auSystems as the solution provider for electronic case management. The new system allows users of services from the Swedish National Archives to make requests directly via the Archive portal using dynamic forms. The case management system logs part of the information automatically. Initially, the contract spans three years, but it may be prolonged.

Today's society is moving towards using more and more technology. The Swedish government and the Swedish Agency for Public Management have expressly stated the need for this transformation in the form of recommendations regarding archive work. Over the next few years, many organisations will probably need to implement electronic document and case management.

auSystems has chosen to cooperate with FormPipe Software using the document and case management tool W3D3, a product that the Swedish Agency for Public Management gave the highest ranking in the general agreement Information Management 2005. W3D3 is considered to satisfy the needs of many auSystems customers regarding electronic document and case management. Around 15 auSystems consultants have been trained to manage the W3D3 software platform.

Andreas Lalangas, the salesman at auSystems in charge of the contract, comments on the FormPipe Software cooperation:

"It is exciting to be able to contribute to the implementation of electronic case management at the National Archives of Sweden. We see great possibilities for helping other operations as well during the next few years with making their administration more efficient by using solutions based on the W3D3 product. "
