aeroTelesis Hires the Former Director of Marketing for PLDT's U.S. Operations to Become the Company's Vice President of Marketing and Network Operations.

LOS ANGELES -- aeroTelesis, Inc. (OTCBB:AOTL) hired Leonardo Santos, a former Director of Marketing for PLDT (US) Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Philippines Long Distance Telephone Company (PLDT), the national telephone company of the Philippines. As the Company's Vice President of Marketing and Network Operations, Mr. Santos will spearhead the Company's voice network operations. In addition to developing and marketing the Company's VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services, his responsibilities will also include building a more diverse portfolio of products and services, including international prepaid calling cards, membership cards and others.

With more than 16 years of experience in the international telecommunications industry, Mr. Santos gained tremendous expertise during his tenure at PLDT, which he joined after graduating from the University of Santo Tomas in the Philippines. After spending 13 years working at PLDT's headquarters in the Philippines, Mr. Santos transferred to PLDT (US) Ltd. in 2002, bringing his extensive knowledge and expertise in marketing wholesale telecommunication services. Mr. Santos was responsible for contract negotiations and the establishment of wholesale agreements with U.S.-based FCC licensed 214 carriers along with account management of PLDT's wholesale routes. Furthermore, Mr. Santos pioneered PLDT's switched transit services and played an instrumental role as part of the team that PLDT created to become a part of several prominent international telecommunications associations, such as Skyways Alliance and World Partners Association.
