Mr. Santos was responsible for contract negotiations and the establishment of wholesale agreements with U.S.-based FCC licensed 214 carriers along with account management of PLDT's wholesale routes. Furthermore, Mr. Santos pioneered PLDT's switched transit services and played an instrumental role as part of the team that PLDT created to become a part of several prominent international telecommunications associations, such as Skyways Alliance and World Partners Association.
