Loss run reports, policy documents and forms now available online

As part of its ongoing commitment to customer service improvements and account management efficiency, Zurich North America North America, third largest continent (1990 est. pop. 365,000,000), c.9,400,000 sq mi (24,346,000 sq km), the northern of the two continents of the Western Hemisphere.  Small Business has announced system enhancements that give its agents and brokers online access to important customer account management documents.

By logging onto eZSB, the Zurich Small Business website, agents can access, view and print their customers' loss run reports and policy documents and forms -- from their desktop.

"Making it easy for agents and brokers to do business with us is a key driver behind our technological innovations," said Steve Slizewski, vice president of e-Business at Zurich North America Small Business. "Online access to these important documents enhances the value agents provide their customers. The ability to immediately produce a current loss run or provide a copy of a policy declarations page adds to the concept of agency self-service and ease of doing business. In addition, it reduces the amount of paper an agent receives, time spent on administrative tasks and agency file storage needs. We're confident that our agents will recognize the value of these enhanced capabilities."

Agents can now access their customers' policy documents on eZSB through the Zurich website's Document Warehouse, an online repository (1) A database of information about applications software that includes author, data elements, inputs, processes, outputs and interrelationships.
