I wasn't really sure what to expect. The first edition of this book sold half a million copies worldwide and this is the first major revision of this dream dictionary A dream dictionary is a tool made for interpreting images in a dream. Dream dictionaries tend to include specific images which are attached to specific interpretations. Generally these dictionaries assume that dreams are meaningful and reflect knowledge that is primarily available . The revision includes interpretations for cell phones, computers, beepers and much more, while the listings for subjects like girdles, gleaners and grenadiers have been taken out. Personally I think that they should have been left in--some people still dream about these topics! A lucky number for each dream category has been added too, although I'm not sure how these should be used. Zolar (R. Donald Papon B.A., D.Sc., D. Hom.) has written several popular books on dreams, metaphysics and the occult including Zolar's It's All in the Stars and Zolar's Book of Dreams, Numbers, and Lucky Days. He has dedicated much of his adult life to teaching holistic living incorporating mind, body, and spirit. I have been consulting this book for many, many years - and wouldn't think of using any other book or online site for interpretation. Read through the various listings under different aspects of your dream and choose those that are closest to your dream. I am at my sons and don't have my dream book with me so I was browsing to see if Zolar's happened to be online. Haven't found it free online yet, so I will have to wait until I get home. Cyndee
I have also used Zolars for years. I have tried others but their interpretation is psycological not metphysical and they dont apply. I also have zolars other books as well and they are all outstanding. I sleep wih his dream book beside my bed and consult it regularly. I cant speak more highleyy of it. |
