Zoitec Management Appoints New CTO and CMO.

LAS VEGAS -- ZOI Interactive Technologies, LLC, is pleased to announce effective immediately the appointment of two new key executives to the management team: Bayard Saunders, as Chief Marketing Officer, and beginning on July 1, 2006, Wayne Ramprashad, as Chief Technology Officer.

Ramprashad was formerly Director and Chief Architect at America Online (NYSE:TWX) where his significant achievements included: launching the first version of the SOA compliant Billing Services Platform; design and implementation of the Customer Care portal; conversion support of the worldwide Call Center VoIP network infrastructure; and he was responsible for a significant amount of the voice architecture for the AOLbyPhone and Voicemail service offering. With over 15 years of experience in design, architecture, development and implementation of complex computer and voice systems, Ramprashad has held a variety of senior architect and engineering management positions at companies such as IBM (NYSE:IBM), Lucent (NYSE:LU), and Quack.com.

Saunders was most recently Vice President, Marketing for Kintera, (NASDAQ:KNTA), a software as a service provider for the non-profit industry that facilitated fundraising of $340 million in 2004. Formerly a Managing Director for Burson Marsteller, industry leading WPP Group/Y&R public relations and brand marketing agency (AMEX:WPPGY), Saunders' clients included Sony Electronics, and Qwest Communications. He was also Vice President, Marketing, for start-up BoxLot.com online auctions and e-commerce, ranked #2 auction site after eBay by PCData Online prior to acquisition by InfoSpace (NASDAQ:INSP). Also, while at Bowne & Co. (AMEX:BNE), Saunders was a founder of the GLIMA (www.glima.org), and at Ross Roy Communications advertising (NYSE:OMC), was architect of the first American automobile website, Chrysler.com (now Daimler-Chrysler) (NYSE:DCX).
