Zinc oxide improves scorch time.

CNR See riser card.

CNR - Communication and Network Riser
is a doped yellow-buff zinc oxide zinc oxide, chemical compound, ZnO, that is nearly insoluble in water but soluble in acids or alkalies. It occurs as white hexagonal crystals or a white powder commonly known as zinc white.  made from high purity zinc. This grade is specifically designed to improve the scorch time of carboxylated nitrile rubbers relative to standard zinc oxide, according to according to

the company's one-page technical bulletin. CNR is also said to be useful for lengthening scorch time in other reactive polymers.

Zinstabes are zinc oxide based activators, or stabilizers designed for use in vinyl foams and vinyl plastisols. They serve as decomposition catalysts for azodicarbonamide, and as heat stabilizers.

SP-500 and SP-500 Calcined are extremely high purity grades of zinc oxide, said to exceed USP USP - unique sales point  limits.
