Zeotherm[R], thermoplastic vulcanizates that resist aggressive automotive fluids and extreme heat to 175[degrees]C and offer excellent nylon overmold adhesion.

Use of Zeotherm to replace a traditional rubber-metal load-bearing touch-off molding in the 2005 Ford Mustang won the 2004 Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) Automotive Innovation Award, Materials category. The new all-plastic deck lid closeout panel matched the clean lines and appearance of the Mustang's other seals while retaining structural rigidity and reducing overall part costs.

Zetpol[R], the world's broadest selection of fluid-resistant grades with extreme performance. Zetpol is suitable for a wide range of applications, offering superior low-temperature flexibility and/or high-heat stability.

An excellent candidate for low- and high-temperature seals, gaskets and hoses, the newest Zetpol 4300 grade is a fully saturated HNBR that resists temperatures from -40[degrees]C to 175[degrees]C.

Hydrin[R] ECO, with its unique balance of properties that make it useful for fuel hoses, air ducts and under-the-hood automotive and engine compartment applications.

Hydrin offers excellent resistance to permeation by gases as well as inherent static-dissipative properties.

HyTemp[R] ACM, a heat- and oil-resistant elastomer formulated to suit a variety of applications, including Zeon's AR12, the first ACM designed to withstand continuous heat to 175[degrees]C and intermittent heat to 190[degrees]C.
