In his new role, Grinrod is responsible for executing the company's continued growth strategy and oversees both elastomers and new business development divisions, while maintaining his previous responsibilities as general manager for new business. Grinrod has 30 years of experience in the chemical industry--the last five at Zeon and the previous 25 at Rohm and Haas Rohm and Haas Company (NYSE: ROH), a Philadelphia, Pennsylvania based company, manufactures miscellaneous materials.
