Zeneca's seeds business and VanderHave Group to merge.


WILMINGTON, Del.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--February 21, 1996--Zeneca and Suiker Unie announced today that they are at an advanced stage of negotiation to merge their global seed businesses, Zeneca Seeds (ICI (language) ICI - An extensible, interpretated language by Tim Long with syntax similar to C. ICI adds high-level garbage-collected associative data structures, exception handling, sets, regular expressions, and dynamic arrays.  Seeds in the U.S.) and Royal VanderHave Group. Zeneca and Suiker Unie will each own 50 percent of the shares in a proposed new holding company, to be based in Kapelle, Netherlands.

The proposed merger is subject to the satisfactory completion of due diligence Research; analysis; your homework. This term has caught on in all industries, because it sounds so "wired." Zeneca's U.S. seeds company, ICI Seeds, is headquartered in Slater, Iowa Slater is a city in Story County, Iowa, United States. The population was 1,306 at the 2000 census. Geography
