Zenasis Technologies, a provider of powerful timing closure software, today announced that it has joined Synopsys' Milkyway(TM) Access Program (MAP-in (SM)). Through MAP-in, Zenasis tools will have a tighter interface with Synopsys tools and flows through a direct application programming interface (API (Application Programming Interface) A language and message format used by an application program to communicate with the operating system or some other control program such as a database management system (DBMS) or communications protocol. ) into the Milkyway design database.
