Zecco Launches Major Upgrade to Trading, Options Analytics, Financial Community Platforms.

Among Enhancements, Online Brokerage Adds Options Analytics Tools, 3 and 4 Legged Options Trading and Tax-Planning/Performance Tools

BURLINGAME, Calif. -- Zecco Holdings, Inc. (www.zecco.com), which offers users a financial community and is widely known for providing access to free stock trading through its wholly owned subsidiary, Zecco Trading, Inc., today announced a major functionality upgrade, including: 1) new options analytics tools, 2) 3 and 4 legged options trading, 3) an improved stock screener, 4) tax-planning and performance tools powered by Gainskeeper and 5) significant enhancements to the ZeccoShare social networking community.

"Zecco took a huge step forward today in achieving its mission of providing online investors with state-of-the-art investing tools along with free stock trading through Zecco Trading," said Jeroen Veth, CEO of Zecco.

The new suite of options trading tools includes new 3 and 4 legged options trading as well as a number of powerful options analytics functions. The tools are available for free to all Zecco Trading customers, and commissions on options trades are among the lowest in the industry at $4.50 per leg plus $0.50 per contract. The full suite includes:

* 3 and 4 legged options trading - Allows traders to execute almost any options strategy - from the most conservative to the most sophisticated - including covered calls, vertical spreads, condors, butterflies and more, all through a single click.

* Profit & Loss Calculator - Displays the profit and loss profile of potential and existing option strategies.

* Probability Calculator - Allows traders to calculate the probability of an underlying security hitting a first and second target price. Displays the probability of the underlying finishing above, between and below the two target prices.

* Options Calculator - Calculates the fair value and Greeks of any option based on volatility data. The calculator can also be used to calculate implied volatility for any option.

* Volatility Chain - Provides a quick and comprehensive view of a security's historical and implied volatility for all available options chains.

"We have seen a significant increase in interest among our customers for options trading, so we answered their calls," Veth added. "The addition of this extensive suite of tools to our already remarkably low options pricing empowers both beginning and expert options traders to achieve their goals."

In addition to the richer options analytics, Zecco launched an improved stock screener, where traders can choose from more than 30 different search options to find the stock that's perfect for their portfolio's goals.

The addition of tax planning tools - powered by Gainskeeper - enables users to minimize the tax implications of their trades, track/calculate capital gains and automatically complete their Schedule D for tax filing. Additionally, Zecco Trading customers will also have access to GainsKeeper's new performance reporting tools, which provides personal performance return metrics to show if investment goals are being met. Gainskeeper will be available free to all Zecco Trading customers through the end of January 2008 and will available for a small fee afterward.

Finally, investors have access to ZeccoShare, a revolutionary investing community available through www.zecco.com. Recently opened to the general investing public, ZeccoShare users can share verified portfolios and trades, see each other's actual performance and create specific groups with other like-minded investors (such as "socially responsible investing", "women on investing", or "value investing"). This gives member unprecedented transparency as they participate in discussion forums, blogs, chat and more.

ZeccoShare users can expect additional exciting enhancements in the coming months, including new community-based filters that highlight the collective intelligence of the ZeccoShare open and transparent user base.

"With equity market volatility as high as it is right now, investors need a powerful arsenal of tools at their disposal," said Veth. "Between the transparency of ZeccoShare on Zecco.com and the powerful new tools at Zecco Trading, investors now have a wealth of new information and data at their fingertips."
