:ZANEE) today announced it has simultaneously completed the acquisition of three established British Internet and software companies, it (and its wholly-owned subsidiary Zane Publishing, Inc.) has emerged from Chapter 11, and it has issued stock and completed a reverse stock split per the provisions of its Plan of Reorganization.

With the completion of these acquisitions and its restructuring restructuring - The transformation from one representation form to another at the same relative abstraction level, while preserving the subject system's external behaviour (functionality and semantics). , Zane will now focus upon using its extensive library of grades PreK-12+ educational and reference software titles as a foundation to become a leading content publisher, aggregator and supplier to the U.S., European, and International markets.
