Here are the highlights from the Experts Watch column:

2003 delivered the oft elusive "second half recovery" that pundits, analysts, strategists and economists predicted from the moment the bubble burst in 2001. The fiscal and monetary authorities combined to create a very positive environment that helped spur recovery in corporate profits and the economy. Donald Rowe, editor of the Wall Street Digest, believes the strong economic numbers will continue to improve. He particularly takes heart in the 251,000 jobs added between October and November. Rowe is a big fan of technology, and believes that fuel cells will be the true next leap forward. He believes that businesses will increase investment expenditures over the next several years, and feels there are attractive investments all over the tech sector.

Cray, Incorporated (NASDAQ:CRAY) has led the super-computing solutions market for many years and continues to create machines that attack the most challenging scientific and engineering problems. Cray earned $.10 in the 3rd quarter, a 150% improvement over 2002. The company expects to grow earnings by 79% this year vs. an industry-average of 11%. Rowe first recommended Cray on October 7th.

China-dot-com (NASDAQ:CHINA) was Harmon's top performer this year. The company is the leading pan-Asian Internet company that provides both e-business and content/advertising products through its portal network. The company is up 208% over the last 52 weeks, which gives Harmon some concern, though he is still very positive on it.

Harmon is adding UT Starcom (NASDAQ:UTSI) to his watch list.
