Forbes ran an article attacking Dr. Graham Kelly, the lead researcher at Novogen (NASDAQ:NVGN), who appears to have violated Australian exchange controls, and has resigned. Whether this has any effect on the efficacy of phenoxodiol, the NVGN anti cancer drug now in Phase II trials, is unclear. The tests are being financed by NVGN's spun-off U.K. sub, Marshall Edwards. Now NVGN has announced another spinoff, of Glycotex, which filed with the SEC for an ipo to also be underwritten by Janney Montgomery Scott.
