Tenaris (NYSE:TS), the Luxembourg holding co., reported unaudited Q3 sales of $1.007 billion, up 33% on which it earned net income of $141.6 million ($1.20/ADR) up 130%. Seamless pipe benefited from high demand and high prices, for which sales rose 37% and prices by 18% (not strictly comparable yoy because of acquisitions and indirect investments in Silcotub and Sidor.)
