Highlights from the February 1 interview include:

Kevin describes himself as an extremely aggressive option trader. His Simulator portfolio includes options on Nucor Corporation (NYSE:NUE), Broadcom Corporation (Nasdaq: BRCM), Amgen Inc. (Nasdaq:AMGN), Google (Nasdaq:GOOG) and United Technologies Corporation (NYSE:UTX). This aggressive trader, who seeks out volatility, explained that he developed his style of investing from being very poor. "By not having a lot of money, the only way I'm able to invest in many of the large-cap companies is to buy the options," said Kevin. How does this Zacks Challenge contender know when it is time to get out of a position?

Kevin is always watching charts, which inform him at any given time who has the majority control of a particular stock, the buyers or sellers. If he owns a call, he will sell it when sellers take control of the investment. If Kevin owns a put, the options player will sell it when the buyers take control of the stock.

This market watcher conducts most of his research on the web. He is also a fan of Zacks' Profit from the Pros daily newsletter, where Kevin always checks on the bull and bear of the day. In addition, this market player stays updated by referencing the lists of Zacks #1 Rank (strong buy) and Zacks #5 Rank (strong sell) stocks.

What is Kevin's outlook for 2006? He believes that there is a lot of money on the sidelines On the sidelines

Zacks concluded this week's interview by asking Kevin's advice for someone who is just starting out in the market.
