EGL Inc. (NASDAQ: EAGL) has seen its 2007 estimates fall 21 cents to $1.60 per share over the past 30 days. General Atlantic said it that it withdrew its participation in the offer because of expectations that EGL's fourth-quarter 2006 results will fall short of analyst and company estimates, EGL said.

Bearingpoint Inc. (NYSE: BE) saw its 2007 estimates take a 12 cent-per share fall over the past 90 days. BE said its 2006 net loss before tax would be in a range of $144 million to $214 million. The company said the loss was being fueled by accounting costs related to the completion of its financial statements and related audit, occupancy costs Occupancy costs are the whole life costs of buildings and their associated land from occupancy until disposal. These costs may be incurred on a regular or irregular basis. Occupancy costs are those costs related to occupying a space including; rent, real estate taxes, personal , systems costs and settlement of contractual disputes.
