Here is a synopsis of why FINL and CPS have a Zacks Rank of #5 (Strong Sell) and should most likely be sold or avoided for the next one to three months. Note that a #5 Strong Sell rating is applied to 5% of all the stocks in the Zacks Rank universe:

over the past two months. Next year's estimates have dropped eight cents per share. The company lowered its second-quarter per-share earnings outlook to 19 cents to 21 cents from an estimate of 25 cents to 28 cents. The Indianapolis-based apparel retailer said the lower outlook is due to a slowdown in sales and pressure on product margins, among other factors.

Choicepoint Inc. (NYSE: CPS) has experienced a drop in analyst estimates. Earnings estimates for the third quarter stand at 44 cents per share, down seven cents from 60 days ago. Earnings have been hurt by slower growth in ChoicePoint's insurance services business. This was one of the factors that caused a nearly 13% miss for its second-quarter earnings report.

Here is a synopsis of why TPTH and BJ have a Zacks Rank of 4 (Sell) and should also most likely be sold or avoided for the next one to three months. Note that a #4 Sell rating is applied to 15% of all the stocks ranked by Zacks:
