In late January, the company posted fourth quarter earnings per share that beat the consensus by +2% while topping last year's performance. NCR stated that a favorable market environment enabled the company to generate double-digit growth in its three core product segments, which positively leveraged its initiatives to improve its operating model Operating Model is a term that is used in many contexts. NCR added that it remains focused on making continued improvements to its operating model, which includes restructuring its customer services business and stimulating revenue growth.

D.R. Horton, Inc. (NYSE:DHI) announced that its Board of Directors declared a 4 for 3 stock split in mid-February, and reiterated its fiscal first quarter earnings guidance. Urban Outfitters, Inc. (NASDAQ:URBN) recently reported fiscal fourth quarter earnings of 38 cents per diluted share, outpacing last year's 22 cents and surpassing the consensus by almost +6%.
