In addition, Zacks Equity Research provides analysis on Ingram Micro Ingram Micro, Inc. NYSE: IM a Fortune 100 company founded in 1979 and based in Santa Ana, California. It is the world’s largest technology distributor and a leading technology sales, marketing and logistics company.  (NYSE NYSE

Here is a synopsis of all four stocks:

Bull of the Day:

Our Bull of the Day recommendation is for ENGlobal Corporation (AMEX: ENG). ENGlobal provides engineering services and control systems to process-intensive industries such as the petroleum and energy sectors. Such services include feasibility studies The analysis of a problem to determine if it can be solved effectively. The operational (will it work?), economical (costs and benefits) and technical (can it be built?) aspects are part of the study. Results of the study determine whether the solution should be implemented. , project management, design, procurement and construction management. ENGlobal is headquartered in Houston, TX. We believe the Company has attained a critical mass in the engineering services market, where breadth of service offering and staff capabilities can be competitive factors. The Company also benefits from outsourcing trends and increasing emphasis on alternative energy sources. We believe ENGlobal is in a position to further expand its customer base and service offering through internal development and acquisition. Its most recent acquisitions in 2006 added new services and customers and expanded the geographic footprint.

Bear of the Day:

Our Bear of the Day recommendation is for Tech Data Corp. (Nasdaq: TECD). TECD is up around 18% from its summer lows and now trades at a premium to industry leader Ingram Micro (NYSE: IM). This premium valuation is not justified, in our opinion. As such, we think investors should take profits and look for a better entry point to get more positive on the stock. In addition, Tech Data shares already reflect a rebound in its European business segment. However, we view this rebound in Europe as a seasonal bounce and not indicative of a sustainable turnaround. Our target price is $30, which is 16 times our fiscal year 2008 EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) A PostScript file format used to transfer a graphic image between applications and platforms. EPS files contain PostScript code as well as an optional preview image in TIFF, WMF, PICT or EPSI, the latter being an ASCII-only format.  estimate.

Analyst Blog:

We are reiterating our Buy rating at this time on Texas Capital Bancshares (Nasdaq: TCBI) and increasing our price target by $1. Q3 EPS was equal to our estimate and a penny better than consensus. Net interest income was weaker than forecast, as it was for most everyone in Q3, owing primarily to a 9 bps decline in NIM nim 1

. This was fully offset, however, by better non-interest income, a lower provision and better expense control. Loan growth was marginally weaker than expected. Deposit growth was better overall than forecast, but non-interest-bearing deposits declined sequentially. Our estimates are falling by roughly $0.01 per quarter, but remain above consensus. Valuation continues to look compelling to us, and we view TCBI as a solid longer-term holding.
