Here are highlights from Wednesday's Analyst Blog:

Brighter '07 for FLEX

Although a number of losses and declining business with current customers has had a negative impact on Flextronics (Nasdaq: FLEX), new programs ramping in 2007 should return the company to growth. In addition, the company has undertaken a number of strategic moves to divest itself of non-core assets and vertically integrate its business.

This is offset by increasing inventory due to slowing business from Nortel (NYSE: NT). We therefore maintain a Hold rating on FLEX shares and raise our six-month target price to $13.00.

Hasbro Makes Some Improvements

Despite an expected decline its best-selling line (Star Wars), Hasbro (NYSE: HAS) has posted impressive operating results this year, with total net revenues up 1% year to date, and non-Star Wars revenues up 13% year to date. We anticipate that the contract with Marvel Entertainment (NYSE: MVL) will provide Hasbro with a significant growth source over the next several years.

However, we believe that the majority of this potential is currently reflected in the company's premium valuation. Our $27 price target reflects a multiple of 19x our 2007 EPS (Encapsulated PostScript) A PostScript file format used to transfer a graphic image between applications and platforms. EPS files contain PostScript code as well as an optional preview image in TIFF, WMF, PICT or EPSI, the latter being an ASCII-only format.  estimate.

Target $19.50 for Radyne

The Company sells its equipment worldwide to both corporate and public networks, Internet service providers Internet service provider (ISP)

Our $19.50 price target implies 29.5 and 22.7 million multiples times our 2006 and 2007 earnings estimate of $0.66 and $0.86, respectively. Until the Company proves that the third quarter sales short-fall was a temporary phenomenon, we expect the stock to struggle against revaluation Revaluation

. We expect the stock to be under near-term pressure as investors digest the soft quarter. We believe RADN would find solid support within the $10.50 to $11.00 price range. Mid-quarter announcements of key sales could restart confidence in the Company and interest in the stock.
