To convert from private to governmental ownership and control: nationalize the steel industry. 2. some utilities, including Venezuela's largest telecommunications company See telecom company. , CANTV (NYSE: VNT). The news had a negative effect on Latin American markets as a whole, mainly considering that yesterday was already a difficult day due to the continued fall in commodity prices and the growing concern over the Fed's next movements. Upgrading Norfolk Southern to Buy We are raising our recommendation on Norfolk Southern Corporation (NYSE: NSC) to Buy from Hold, as we believe that NSC now offers good value relative to its growth prospects, as well as increasing our target price to $56 from $55. While NSC reported blow-out 2006 third quarter EPS of $1.02, up 39% year over year, we expect more subdued growth in the fourth quarter on moderating volume gains due to the company's automotive exposure. We believe NSC's $0.72 annual dividend is safe. Botox Keeps AGN Smooth Allergan, Inc.
