ZRG Inc. Expands Global Footprint to Asia Pacific, Canada, and Latin America.

WESTBOROUGH, Mass. -- ZRG, one of North America's fastest growing Executive Search Firms, has opened offices to support global expansion in China, Canada, and Latin America.

"Our global clients have been asking us to follow them to areas where Human Capital needs are even more acute than in the United States," said Managing Partner, Ken Vancini. "Certainly the Asia Pacific Region, Canada, and Latin America are on the top of most international firm's lists of areas for talent acquisition because of their phenomenal economic growth rate.

"We are off to a fast start with new search work in 6 different countries," added Vancini. "We have already invested over 1 Million dollars in global expansion."

Heading up the Asia Pacific region will be Practice Leader Robert Chandis. Robert brings over thirty years of Human Resource and Executive Search experience in Asia. He has held senior Human Resource roles with GE, KPMG and Hoffman LaRoche as well as senior Executive Search roles at Ken Clark International and Morgan Howard International. Robert will be leading a team that has worked together in the past and has strong experience within key emerging markets in Asia Pacific.

France Simard has developed a team in Toronto to lead ZRG into the Canadian Search market. France comes to ZRG from Heidrick & Struggles, which she joined through its global acquisition of Highland Partners. Prior to Heidrick she was a Managing Director in Korn/Ferry International's Advanced Technology Practice and head of its Communications and Convergence Practice in Canada. Earlier in her career, France was co-founder of the Stratum Consulting Group, purchased by Korn Ferry, and a Canadian shareholder member of International Technology Partners (ITP) Worldwide.

Managing Director, Conrad Lee, is spearheading ZRG's expansion into Latin America. ZRG acquired certain assets of Conrad's company, CXO Executive Search, Inc., in Fort Lauderdale, FL. Prior to founding CXO in 2004, he held various senior level positions in the search industry including President of the Americas for Norman Broadbent International, and Senior Client Partner with Korn Ferry International. Conrad previously founded and sold Conrad Lee Company to EPS Solutions and remained with the successor firm, DHR, as President of International.
