(CSI) has entered into a teaming agreement with EDS (Electronic Data Systems, Plano, TX, www.eds.com) Founded in 1962 by H. The CIO-SP contracts were awarded to provide support for the NIH and its Institutes, Centers, and Divisions, the Department of Health and Human Services Noun 1. In EDS's Aug. 27 news release it estimated that the recipients of this contract will compete for Government business worth an estimated $1 billion.
