ZIFF-DAVIS TO SELL ZDTV INTEREST TO VULCAN VENTURES FOR $204.8 MILLION.Big IT publishing firm Ziff-Davis Inc. has agreed to sell its 64 percent interest in ZDTV ZDTV Ziff Davis Television to Paul Allen's Vulcan Ventures Inc. investment organization for $204.8 million.
