), has launched "PC Magazine Online" (pcmag.com), the first business site of the 11 Ziff Davis magazine sites that are being returned to the company from CNET (body) CNET - Centre national d'Etudes des Telecommunications. The French national telecommunications research centre at Lannion.  Networks and ZDNet under the terms of an agreement reached earlier this year. Ziff Davis will share the online rights to the print content of PC Magazine with CNET through March 1, 2002.

Ziff Davis said the site carries new content with a new editorial team. ZD Internet president Wenda Harris Millard said that "PC Magazine has always been a leader and pioneer in exploiting the online medium so that it closely synergizes with the print medium." Back with Ziff Davis, the site will "become a showcase for our company's print and online integration efforts."
