ZE Realty lands Broadway exclusive.ZE Realty Group--a partnership between a leading Manhattan retail broker Scott Edlitz and Donald Zucker, owner of Manhattan Skyline Management Corporation--has been appointed as exclusive leasing agent for 924 Broadway, a four story building located between 21st and 22nd Streets. The 20,000 square foot property, owned by Omni Parking Garage, is located in the heart of the Flatiron district.
