ZAMBA Solutions (Nasdaq: ZMBA) today announced a series of changes to its management team designed to propel the consulting and systems integrator to the leadership position in the customer relationship management (CRM) solutions marketplace. Manish Gupta and Jeff McCall have joined the Company's executive management team, in the newly created roles of Executive Vice President of Solutions and Executive Vice President of Internal Operations, respectively. Paul McLean has been promoted to the new position of Executive Vice President of Delivery Operations. In addition, Mike Santos joins the Company in the position of Vice President of Eastern Region Operations and Michael Yinger has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Western Region Operations.

As Executive Vice President of Solutions, Gupta will guide the Company's strategy and end-to-end CRM solutions offerings, developing thought-leading, innovative solutions that utilize cutting-edge technologies and are readily duplicated for clients across multiple industries. In his role as Executive Vice President of Internal Operations, McCall will aid ZAMBA's growth by integrating infrastructure and processes to empower the Company's professionals through the use of powerful support tools. As Executive Vice President of Delivery Operations, McLean will be responsible for all client delivery, satisfaction and quality, utilization, planning, process, procedural and collaborative coordination across all of ZAMBA's operating groups.

In their roles as Vice President of Western and Eastern Region Operations, Yinger and Santos will be accountable for all aspects of the leadership and management of their respective regions, including the attainment of goals for revenue, profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction/retention.
