New operations positions give ZAMBA the expertise and broad-based leadership needed to become the market-dominant CRM solutions provider

ZAMBA Solutions (Nasdaq: ZMBA) today announced a series of changes to its management team designed to propel the consulting and systems integrator to the leadership position in the customer relationship management (CRM) solutions marketplace. Manish Gupta and Jeff McCall have joined the Company's executive management team, in the newly created roles of Executive Vice President of Solutions and Executive Vice President of Internal Operations, respectively. Paul McLean has been promoted to the new position of Executive Vice President of Delivery Operations. In addition, Mike Santos joins the Company in the position of Vice President of Eastern Region Operations and Michael Yinger has been promoted to the position of Vice President of Western Region Operations.

As Executive Vice President of Solutions, Gupta will guide the Company's strategy and end-to-end CRM solutions offerings, developing thought-leading, innovative solutions that utilize cutting-edge technologies and are readily duplicated for clients across multiple industries. In his role as Executive Vice President of Internal Operations, McCall will aid ZAMBA's growth by integrating infrastructure and processes to empower the Company's professionals through the use of powerful support tools. As Executive Vice President of Delivery Operations, McLean will be responsible for all client delivery, satisfaction and quality, utilization, planning, process, procedural and collaborative coordination across all of ZAMBA's operating groups.

In their roles as Vice President of Western and Eastern Region Operations, Yinger and Santos will be accountable for all aspects of the leadership and management of their respective regions, including the attainment of goals for revenue, profitability, utilization, customer satisfaction and employee satisfaction/retention.

Gupta comes to ZAMBA from KPMG Consulting where he served as Director of CRM Solutions. There, he developed innovative solutions by working with leading CRM product companies to help them extend and integrate their products with complementary products and technologies. Previously, Gupta worked with Ernst and Young Consulting in a variety of management roles focused on business development and delivery of CRM services. Prior to that, he was the founder and managing partner at Panache Consultants, a professional services company where he structured and sold multi-million dollar deals. Gupta received his MBA in strategy and operations management from the Simon School of Business, University of Rochester, and a degree in Computer Engineering from KREC, India.

McCall brings to ZAMBA more than 12 years of consulting experience, most recently as a Partner and Managing Director at KPMG Consulting in their Customer Relationship Management Practice. While at KPMG, he served in a variety of roles including Southwest Regional Leader, National Sales SWAT Team Leader, Solution Development Lead and Coordinator for Methodology and Training. Prior to his career at KPMG, he held various positions at Ernst & Young LLP, Price Waterhouse LLP, and EDS. Jeff holds an MBA and B.S. in Finance, both from Texas A&M University.

Paul McLean has served as ZAMBA's Vice President of Operations since mid 1999 and before that as Client Executive since joining the Company in July 1998. McLean came to Zamba with over 12 years of information systems consulting and consulting management experience, primarily garnered from several management roles at SHL Systemhouse, including Senior Project Director and Professional Services Manager for the company's Ottawa/Atlantic division. Prior to SHL Systemhouse, McLean served as Corporate MIS Manager for Royal Ottawa, responsible for all enterprise-wide information systems. He has also served in the role of Senior Project Manager/Senior Systems Scientist for the Canada Centre for Remote Sensing. McLean holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Waterloo.

Santos joins ZAMBA from Razorfish, Inc., where he served as Operations Director for Italy. He provided overall management and leadership to all facets of the Milan office including overseeing new business, client services, talent recruiting, integration and retention, and defining, implementing and managing processes, methodologies and best practices. He also held the position of Client Partner while at Razorfish. Prior to that, Santos served as a Director at EDS where his responsibilities included operational, tactical, and strategic management as it related to hiring and separation, deal structuring, resource planning, business development, IT planning, employee career development, client partnering, process and performance improvement, and EDS technology direction. He has also been a Principle Consultant for CCSI. Santos holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Bentley College.

Prior to joining ZAMBA, Yinger served as Client Partner and Service Line Lead for the Web-Enabled Business Solutions practice for Cambridge Technology Partners, where he was responsible for developing the e-commerce practice across the Americas, planning and selling multiple client engagements and overseeing multiple consultant teams. Before that, he served in a variety of management roles over an 11-year period for American President Lines, Ltd. where he was responsible for logistics services and a variety of enterprise-wide technology implementations. Yinger holds an MBA in Finance from UC Berkeley's Graduate School of Business Administration, a BA with Honors from the University of California at Santa Cruz and a BS with Honors from the California Maritime Academy.

As a result of these management changes and Holden's desire for a more hands-on management approach, the position of Chief Operating Officer has been eliminated and Peter Marton has left the Company.
