YouthStream Media Networks Appoints Former MTV Executive to Head Out-of-Home Media Division.

YouthStream Media Networks (Nasdaq:NETS), an integrated media, marketing services, promotions and retail company targeting teens and young adults, announced today that it has named Daniel Levi Vice President and General Manager of the Company's Out-of-Home Media Division.

Levi's comprehensive experience in the media and entertainment industries includes 10 years with youth television giant MTV networks MTV Networks is a division of media conglomerate Viacom that oversees the operation of many TV network and Internet brands, including the first MTV channel.

The company was established in 1984 after Warner Communications and American Express decided to divest the basic cable
 in increasingly senior-level positions.
