There are two types of HIV: HIV-1 and HIV-2. HIV-1 is responsible for the vast majority of AIDS in the United States.  called Positive Hope.

Looking to expand his reach, the openly gay Murray, now 23, and colleague Danielle Rivera recently launched Hope's Voice, a national organization targeting people age 25 or under, who account for half of all new HIV cases. They have started booking speaking engagements at high schools and colleges. "Hope's Voice is a diverse group of speakers who are asking young adults to take personal responsibility in this epidemic epidemic, outbreak of disease that affects a much greater number of people than is usual for the locality or that spreads to regions where it is ordinarily not present. ," Murray said. "The message we are bringing is changing lives."
