The speech-enabled instant-loan software was installed at America First Credit Union by SpeechWorks International Inc., Boca Raton, Fla. "We believe that speech can help our members quickly apply for a loan and receive a decision within seconds after the application process is complete," says Rich Syme, vice president of automated services at the credit union.
