York Hunter has broken ground on the new Greenwich Street apartments, a $14 million loft condominium condominium

"The new loft spaces will make incredible homes," said Steve Colao, executive vice president with York Hunter Construction Services. "The unique design of the building, along with the retail and gallery space on the building's ground floor will greatly enhance the look and feel of the neighborhood."

When completed in the Spring of 2002, the building will have 26 open or "raw" loft units ranging in size from 1,500 to 4,000 SF.
