At present, production is progressing at a rate of 2,500 tires per day, which is slated to increase to 5,000 tires per day by August, for a cumulative 1998 production of 1.2 million tires. Yokohama Tire Philippines was established as a joint venture between Yokohama Rubber and Kawasho Corp. to manufacture and export radial radial /ra·di·al/ (ra´de-al)
